I would like to ask a few question regarding recommended land pad for MAX10 FPGA Device for 10M50DAF256I7G and 10M08SAU169I7G.
The information that I would like to know are:
- User`s board recommended land pad
- Pad dimensions and resist opening dimensions on the component`s interposer side
