Is this MPN:EP3C25E144I7N valid and orderable per this customer description:IC FPGA EQFP-144 ROHS ? How is it packed?(Tray,bulk or T&R)

If it is not valid and orderable what is the status?

Yes, the MPN mention was part of Altera and it was packed in TRAY.
