Is 10AX066K3F35I2SG PinOut compatible with 10AX048K3F35I2SG?

Hi,

We are designing a FPGA using 10AX048K3F35I2SG, 1152-FCBGA (35x35) package. Design PCB has been done, however we would like to upgrade to 10AX066K3F35I2SG which has more logic elements density. From my understanding, their PinOut is compatible, but not 100% sure if any issue between them both.

Any expert has done the same earlier, please help to confirm.

    Hi Hung,

    You can use the Pin Migration tools in Quartus software to identify their PinOut compatibility.

    Go to Assignments --> Pin Planner

    Right click --> select Pin Migration window.

    select Device..

    select Migration Devices...

    select your upgrade device OPN --> click > symbol

    Your migration Devices window will look like this. Then, press OK (1) and OK(2).

    Pin Migration view will look like this. You can TICK show migration differences to observe if there any differences between these two devices.
