Intel Arria10 SoC Dev Kit - mismatched production ID

I recently purchased an Intel Arria10 SoC Dev kit. I set SW1 and SW3 to GUI mode as suggested in the user guide. When I opened BTS GUI, I got this message.

"The production ID 0x000043ff of this SOF is not matched with this BTS GUI. Expected production ID is 0x0000AD5E."

I am using arria10_10as066n3f40_soc_v15.1.2 for BTS. Why is this mismatch happening? How can I fix it?

    Hi Lakshmi,

    I had the same problem with you, but I m now playing Stratix 10 development kit. Would be great to share more information to me for trouble shooting. Thank you.

    I got this message when configure with Flash/GPIO design :

    "The production ID 0xFDFDFFFFof this SOF is not matched with this BTS GUI. Expected production ID is 0x0000ADEE."
