As per "https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/sam1403481100977.html" this
link under section "Timing" , the EMR should be read at the rising edge of CRC_ERROR. How can I sync the JTAG reading to the rising edge of CRC_ERROR?

Can you use the Signaltap and use the CRC_Error signal as the trigger to update the EMR ?
