How to download .pof file to C5EFP board?

I use C5EFP board, https://www.altera.com/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/kit-cyclone-v-e.html

I program the board with .pof file, but get error all the time. Do any Intel technical support can help this?? I attached the image which can show the error and board settings.
