How to control a NIOS processor by another NIOS on the same FPGA?

I am trying to create a system with two NIOS processors on Arria V board and wondering how I can do so?

Do I have to get a license to use this example?

Hi,
No license needed to use this example, the license is only for the tools such as Quartus.
