How to build .sof file for Arria 10 fpga dev kit - engineering sample

Welcome to INTEL forum. For your information, we normally won’t continue to support ES silicon in newer Quartus version as the FPGA has march into production device.

As a workaround, you can continue to use older Quartus version as shown in the dev kit page.
