How I can get arria v device support files?

When I click to download, page ask me to log in adn then happen thise - on clipped image. What happens? Why I can't device support download???

Hi,

We got this issue fixed. Clear your browser cache and cookies and then reopen the browser for login attempts.

You should be able to download the package after.
