Hi
It is bit too early to conclude that FPGA device is the defective device. You mentioned that multiple FPGA is failing to DDR3 initialization. On the other hand how many FPGA's are passing the DDR3 initialization ?

Hi,
The failure rate is 3 out of 487. We managed to replace FPGA on 1 of the failure, and the issue is gone. Another failure, we unmount both FPGA and DDR3 and do measurement on the FPGA pad to DDR3 pad. There is no short nor open.
