FA request of intel FBGA AJ43VGC0T00 failed at SMT function test

At Quanta (Shanghai China) SMT found test station found 2 PCS MB which built Intel FBGA AJ43VGV0T00 (IC CTRL(1760P)1SGLF43VGC2AB(FBGA)MSFASN) Look back fail & hang up fail, our SMT PE had done the verified by the socket board found FBGA still fail,so we need Intel team support the FA of them, please help check and give the feedback soon. Thanks!

        Not the normal RMA return, our Quanta SMT PE & RD hope Intel support the failure analysis about SMT function test failed BGA.
        Can your approve the FA request of the failed BGA sample? Please help, who can contact with me by email? Thank you very much!
