Ethernet on MAX 10

Hello, Is it possible to implement Ethernet communication on a MAX10 device that is not connected to an external RAM? I tried the example "Simple socket..." using NIOS II, TSE, uC-OS with Niche...

TCP/IP is likely implemented in software application that run in OS environment.

Whatever Max10 Ethernet example design that Intel FPGA have is available in below link. You can checkout below link
