EPM7192 can been identified but can not been programmed

Hi support team,

We have been using EPM7192 in our design.But we find some parts(D/C 1901) can been identified but can not been programmed.We use Intel official tools and we buy those item from the authorized distributor . We can not find same issues with other D/C.Please advise how to debug the issues.

    May I know what is the error that you are observing when programming the device? May I know the tools and version used?
