I'm pretty new to the CPLD.I have an equipment with an electronic board running with epm7064stc44-10n of Altera Board Max 7000. I wanted to poll process data from it but I don't know what interface software/driver that I need to accomplish this.

There is no method to poll Max 7000. The only method to poll the data is depending on your design implementation. I would recommend you to refer to the designer of the CPLD design.
