Forum Discussion
hi there
We would suggest you to move to later devices such as Max V or Max 10. We can refer to link below for their information:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/max.html
There are product tables for each of the family as reference.
Thanks.

Hi,
We plan to use EPM1270M256C4N to support on-board USB Blaster II functionality as used in MAX10 FPGA Development Kit (6XX-44292R) .
So, based on your inputs, plan to use Max 10 device 10M04DCF256I7G part in place of EPM1270M256C4N part to overcome the EOL issue.
Kindly review the part and let us know if 10M04DCF256I7G part is okay to use.

Hi Monika
Can you guide me to which PDN where the OPN is indicated to be EOL?
The closest device that I can find available is EPM1270M256I5N
where the existing code shall be able to be reused.
For newer devices, the migration have to be done and the source code have to be recompiled.
thanks.

Hi,
Please refer the link for the discontinued OPNs list: https://media.digikey.com/pdf/PCNs/Intel/PDN2041.pdf
I see both OPNs EPM1270M256C4N and EPM1270M256I5N in above list as discontinued parts.
