debugger problem using DS-5 and Byteblaster - cannot connect?

Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas of the cause of this that I see quite often?

The target hardware identity could not be verified. Please check that the target being connected to is of type Cyclone V SoC (Dual Core)

Debugging fails to start with this error dialog.

    Hi, If you are debugging across JTAG, please check the JTAG frequency. It is the most common issue. Regards,
