Hi,
1.2 V volt is the the core voltage on MAX10 EVAL KIT.
What exactly you are trying to do explain with respect to the schematic please.
About which regulator you are talking about ? I can't tell exactly which features of max 10 will get impact if you change the voltages.
Check pin connection guiltiness.
However we can get required voltage (0.603V to VIN-0.5V) from regulator using external divider, check datasheet for the requirements.

Hello,
In this response it is stated that, "1.2 V volt is the the core voltage on MAX10 EVAL KIT." However, the schematic shows that U1 is configured for 3.3V (schematic document number 150-0991402A1 dated 09/11/2014, version 1.0). This supplies both VCC_CORE and VCC_IO. I request clarification because my design requirement me to bypass the regulator and supply only 3.3V.
A second question is if the EP5388QI will tolerate 3.3V placed on its output by an external source? VBUS_5V, normally suppled by USB, will not be present. Obviously, removing R1 and R4 while supplying 3.3V to TP3 and TP5 also looks feasible.
Thank you.
