DE1, GPIO user space definitions for onboard Linux (NOT the monitor program)

thank you very much! I stumbled onto a partial answer (the booted Linux OS does not have direct access to the GPIO hardware (40-pin) like the user leds do). Instead, the 40pin is directly connected to FPGA
