DE0 NOIS II VGA Component

Hi

I'm new to NIOS II processor, during this week i learn how to turn on led and send data over UART, but for terasic de0 board there is no reference for designing VGA for NIOS II processor

how can i create new VGA component in QSYS for de0 board

i saved some JPEG pictures on SD Card that i want to show them on the VGA, but without VGA component in QSYS i don't know how to do this

Please give me some suggestion
