cyclone V E EVK can not flash

Question

Hello Team,
I am working cyclone V E (5CEFA7F31I7N) evk. I have created one sample hello world project for NIOS 2 processor and tried to flash the code using USB Blaster. But I am unable to flash it. I have attached the error that I got. Please help me here to resolve this.

Hi,Thank you for contacting Intel community.That might be due to issue with USB Blaster.
