Cyclone II not recognizing USB Blaster

The lab is running Windows 10 on 64bit machines. The problem is that Quartus does not see USB-Blaster and is asking to update the Driver. Any suggestions?

    Can you check if the USB Blaster driver is installed? How many quartus installed in the PC? what is the quartus version use?
