Are there any Cyclone 10 GX PCIe dev kits available or will any such dev kits be available soon?

Honored ContributorActually the pro edition can be used for free when building for Cyclone 10 GX devices.
Which means that I'll probably will go for the GX, depending upon when it will be available. I see that buyaltera.com has an entry for the Cyclone 10 GX dev kit, but the quantity available is 0 at present.
