I try to compile simple project, nios onchip ram and jtag, but nios doaent start and timequest show slack inside nios. Can i run nios on 167MHz frequency?

I create simple project. 150MHz clock frequency:
PLL as global clock input.
But timequest says:
And Fmax Summary report is 119 MHz
What am I doing wrong?
