BeMicroSDK Quartus programmer can't see it

I can program my BeMicroSDK through the Bash shell however the programmer in Quartus (11.0) can no longer see the BeMicro SDK to program it. It was working fine (Quartus programmer) until 20 m...

i don't have a BeMicro SDK, but i would start by uninstalling it in the Device Manager, removing it, then plugging it back in and reinstalling the driver
