[Arria II GX FPGA Development Kit] Help with Quartus Prime License Activation

Hello all,

I recently purchased an Arria II GX FPGA Development Kit. The product page specifies that the kit comes with a one year license for Quartus Prime.

What do I need to do to activate the Quartus License? The product documentation took me to the self service licensing center page, but no product showed up when I clicked Create New License.
