Arria II GX BSP problem

Thank you for posting in Intel community forum and hope all is well.
Unfortunately per my understanding we do not have the BSP for Arria II devices, apologies for the inconvenient.

However we do have other readily available BSP for Arria, Cyclone and Stratix 10 devices available to download in the intel download center for FPGA.
Please let us know if further doubts and hope that helps to clarify.

Yes you are able to do that but however note that creating an OpenCL BSP will not be a simple task.
Here some are some documentation that you can refer which the closes example would be the Arria family.
