I partially misread this. I saw the screenshot and thought you were trying to convert a programming file from A10 to S10. My mistake.
The "5" families are not supported in Quartus Pro.
You're looking at the wrong part of the tool. You want File -> Convert Programming Files.

Make sure you click the Individual Files tab.
Super ContributorYou can't convert programming files from one device family to another. You have to install the device family you want to use (.qdz file from the Download Center), and compile the design, targeting that device. Once you compile the design, you can convert between different programming file formats, but not to different device families.
If you can't create a new design (New Project Wizard) or change the device family (Assignments menu -> Device) to what you want, then the device family is not installed.
