Altera Cyclone IV GX Transceiver Starter Kit installation file

Hello，

The Altera Cyclone IV GX Transceiver Starter Kit is phased out, but is it possible of you to provide a link for the kit install file?

    Welcome to INTEL forum. The Altera Cyclone IV GX Transceiver Starter Kit has been put EOL (end of life). Regrettably, we don’t keep the dev.kit installation file. Apologize for inconvenience happen.
