About Intel FPGA radiation tolerance

Hi, I'm using Cyclone series FPGAs in my design(C4/C5), and I'd like to know the radiation tolerance specification for Cyclone, it would be the best if quantitative data is supplied, thanks.​

By radiation tolerance,are you referring to SEU report? May i know the OPN for the devices?

Do you have CNDA from Intel with your company in order to proceed with this request, as it contain Intel confidential information. Kindly provide CNDA.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I'm not professional about this area, in fact this request came from my customer, since our product is used in medical CT, and they really care about the radiation issue. It seems I have no CNDA from Intel directly, we purchase FPGA devices from Arrow, which is distributor of Intel, or you can instruct me how to create CNDA with Intel? thanks
