A customer has purchased the DK-DEV-10AX115S-A development kit. They are asking for 3D file (IGES or equivalent) over a drawing. Any notes on proper clearance for fan cooling would be appreciated too. Can anyone help?

Welcome to INTEL forum. Based on my understanding, we don’t have 3D modeling support. We have the layout design file instead and can be found in Arria® 10 GX FPGA Development Kit Downloadable Content. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/kit-a10-gx-fpga.html
