Honored Contributor --- Quote Start --- It's possible there are input capacitors on the board not rated for 28V. I'd stick with the user's manual recommendation, you should be able to buy a 15V power module on-line for a few bucks. --- Quote End --- Yes, I understand that this possible. Can someone at Altera who has access to the Bill of Materials and schematic give me a definitive answer? Even better, can I get the schematic and bill of materials?
