Why is there no result for VCCT_GXB power consumption in the Early Power Estimators tool for Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX FPGA when utilizing IOPLL only?

Description

The following VCCT_GXB pin description is stated in the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX Device Family Pin Connection Guidelines:

"If all of the transceivers, fPLLs, and IOPLLs are not used, then the VCCT_GXB power rails can be tied to GND to save power."

Resolution

If the design is utilizing IOPLL without the transceivers and fPLL being used, then there is no power consumption result for the VCCT_GXB pin in the Early Power Estimators (EPE) tool for Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX FPGA. IOPLL itself is not sourcing power from the VCCT_GXB pin.
