Why is the e0 port not implemented in my MegaWizard®-generated altpll variation in the Quartus® II software version 4.0?

Description

When you select clock e0 in the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager, the port is written only in the Block Symbol File (.bsf). When this occurs, there is no clock e0 port connected to the PLL.

This problem has been fixed in the Quartus II software version 4.0 SP1.
