Why is Cyclone® III Remote Update MSM Register not updated after reconfiguration?

Description

After performing remote system upgrade, you will observed that the Master State Machine (MSM) register of the Remote Update IP is not updated. The reason is that you are reading the MSM register too early after reconfiguration.

Resolution

You will need to wait at least 600us delay after re-configuration before reading the MSM register of remote update IP.
