Why I cannot read back the same Vod and Equalization values in simulation that I selected in the ALTGX parameter editor settings or programmed through dynamic reconfiguration?

Description

Due to a software bug, you may read back unexpected Vod and equalization values in simulation using the Quartus® II software v10.0 models for Cyclone® IV GX devices.

Resolution

To work around this problem, use the Quartus II software v10.1, and re-generate the parameter editor and simulation library files.
