Why does the fitter report display Use as programming pin for nCEO regardless of Dual purpose pin settings?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software, the fitter report the Dual Purpose and Dedicated Pins section incorrectly displays Use as programming pin for the nCEO pin. Thsi occurs even if you set the nCEO pin to Use as regular I/O in Dual-Purpose Pins settings on the Device and Pin Options window.

This is only a porblem in the report and nCEO is correctly set according to the Device and Pin Options settings.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to fix in a future version of Quartus II software.
