Why does my migration device not appear in the list of compatible migration devices?

Description

In the Quartus® II software, the Migration Devices dialog box shows a device in the Compatible migration devices list only if that device has a final pin-out available. Devices with full support or advanced support have final pin-outs. Devices with initial support do not have final pin-outs and are not displayed in the Migration Devices dialog box.
