Why does Intel® FPGA Download Cable II failed to configure Intel® MAX® 10 FPGA?

Description

You might fail to program the Intel® MAX® 10 FPGAs using the Intel® FPGA Download Cable II because the highest TCK frequency of Intel® MAX® 10 FPGA is 20 MHz while the default TCK frequency of Intel® FPGA Download Cable II is 24 MHz.

Resolution

Please change the TCK frequency of the download cable to a suitable value, for example 16MHz. Please refer to Intel® FPGA Download Cable II User Guide to change the frequency.
