Why do the Cyclone® III device IBIS Models fail in the SigXplorer DML checker?

Description

There is a known incompatibility issue with the final Cyclone® III device IBIS models. The corrected Cyclone III IBIS models file can be downloaded from the following link:

CIII_Corrected_IBIS_Model_1.ibs

This file contains the corrected Cyclone III device IBIS models, which can be used for SigXplorer with DML checker that fails for the following IBIS models:

• cmos15_rdio_d10s
• ttl18_rdio_d6
• ttl18_rdio_d8s
