Why do the CIC Megacore’s out_startofpacket & out_endofpacket signals not toggle?

Description

Due to a problem in the CIC Megacore® version 16.0 and earlier, the out_startofpacket & out_endofpacket signals are unable to toggle when configured using an MISO CIC filter.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime software.
