Why do I see different results from the Arria 10 Voltage Sensor IP when using Quartus Prime 16.0 compared with earlier versions of Quartus Prime?

Description

The output resolution of the Arria® 10 Voltage Sensor IP changed from 12-bits to 6-bits in Quartus® Prime version 16.0.
Hence you will see different output values if comparing with results from earlier version of Quartus Prime, where the resolution was 12-bits.
