Why do I get the error "Error: Cannot open WinDriver device" when running the APEX™ 20KE peripheral component interconnect (PCI) development kit application? (PCI development kit)

Description

This problem occurs in version 2.0.0 of the PCI compiler if the driver for the PCI development kit application is not installed correctly. The Kit Application Install shield automatically copies files as follows:

Direct the Windows New Hardware Wizard to these files manually if the system cannot find these files automatically.
