Why can I not select ALT2GXB or ALTGX MegawWzard to instantiate high speed transceivers for Stratix GX devices in Quartus II 10.0 or later software versions?

Description
Quartus® II 10.0 or later software versions no longer support Stratix® GX deivces.  Hence, ALT2GXB or ALTGX MegaWizard™ options are no longer available (grayed out), when you select Stratix GX devices in the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager.  You'll need to use an older software version, if you are using Stratix GX devices.
