Why are the parameters in the HBM worksheet not set when importing an Early Power Estimator (EPE) file for Intel® Stratix® 10 MX device to Intel Stratix 10 Device EPE?

Description

Because Intel Quartus Prime Pro software doesn't estimate the traffic pattern of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM2) or export it to an Early Power Estimator (EPE) file ( <revision name>_early_pwr.csv) in Intel® Stratix® 10 MX device, the parameters in the HBM worksheet are not set by importing the EPE file to Intel Stratix 10 Device EPE.

Manually set the parameters of the HBM worksheet based on your application.
