You can get the FloTHERM Models of Altera devices from Altera Board Design Resource Center.

You can navigate to this side from www.altera.com > Technology > Signal Integrity > Altera Board Design Resource Center.

FloTHERM Models are available for selected device families in the “Tools, Models, and Libraries" section of this page by expanding "Thermal Models".

For unlisted devices families, you can submit a Service Request via the Altera mySupport
