Where can I find the FPGA input current, IIH and IIL for all I/O standards?

Description

FPGA input buffers are voltage driven, not current driven. Therefore, Altera does not provide specifications for IIH and IIL (input high and input low current) for any FPGA devices.

 

Each device Datasheet will contain the input leakage current which applies over the entire supported operating range.
