PCI™ Local Bus Specification v2.2 supports both 3.3V and 5V signaling. PCI Local Bus Specification v2.3 supports 3.3V and 5V signaling but without 5V-only cards. PCI Local Bus Specification v3.0 will support 3.3V signaling only.
