What happens to a license if the Quartus II software terminates unexpectedly?

Description

If a Quartus® II session terminates unexpectedly, any reserved floating licenses are reclaimed by the FLEXlm server after the standard FLEXlm timeout period. FLEXlm software version 10.8 is distributed with current versions of the Quartus II software.
