What are the maximum allowed overshoot and undershoot voltage for EPCQ-A devices?

Description

During signal transitions, the minimum voltage may undershoot to -2.0V for periods less than 20 ns and the maximum voltage may overshoot to VCC 2.0V for periods less than 20 ns in EPCQ-A devices.

Resolution

The maximum allowed overshoot and undershoot voltage will be added to feature release of EPCQ-A Serial Configuration Device Datasheet.
