Unknown option: -sip

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.0 SP1 and earlier, you may see this error when you execute a Tcl script that has been generated using the Generate Tcl File for Project utility from the Project menu and your design includes a MegaWizard™-generated IP.

Resolution

To work around this problem, edit the Tcl script and comment out any commands which include the -sip option.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
